No compressed gases, moist, flammable or explosive, radiating, self-igniting, toxic, caustic, water-endangering or malodorous substances may be stored. The storage ban also applies to illegal substances / objects / weapons, goods that can spoil, rot or attract vermin, as well as living animals and plants. The - even temporary - use of the rental property for the residence of people, as an office, business or private address, as well as subletting in whole or in part is prohibited.
